My name is Daniel Price and I'm the VP of Operations for Customer Impact. I want to help get you a shop assigned! There could be a reason why it's has a minimum, An example is if it's a fine dining shop then we usually want a shopper who has some experience with us before giving them one of those due to the high out-of-pocket expenses that the shopper incurs. We want them to be comfortable with us and our process before taking one of those on.
That being said...we are not above making simple mistakes
It could be a setting or check-box that a scheduler accidentally has checked for that specific client/shop that we need to correct to allow for applications from those who don't have an 8.
The final thing is sometimes SASSIE will say it requires an 8 but the system is misleading and you still can apply for it(that's out of our control unfortunately).
