I have found it's according to what date of the month you perform the job and it's approved as to when it will be paid. The further into the month, the longer it takes to get paid. Sometimes I have gotten paid in 30 days, sometimes 60 days, and once or twice I was paid in 90 days. Since I've been with this company, I have yet to be paid on a normal, understandable, basis.
