Marketforce gas station photos

I assigned myself some gas station mystery shops today. When I was reviewing the guidelines, I noticed that they now want photos to document most 'No' answer. Glad I checked before trotting off to do the shops!

Nope, for these shops, the only requirement was of the MID and a curb appeal (3 of each recommended) and a pic of signage attached to the bollards, if any. No restroom or non-compliant pics. NOW they want the non-compliant pics, which just started with this round of shops. You must be thinking of a different brand of gas.

Thanks so much Kathy..Im scratching my head on these..the msc doesnt want us there longer than 10 minutes but what if we have alot of pictures to take? Also it would be pretty difficult to remain annymous if we are taking pictures of everything lol...

So tempted to skip these, but I cant say no to free gas....

And to the other person.. kathy is right..did these last year and other than what Kathy mentioned pictures werent required for this msc

The ones I'm going to are well maintained. Based on past experiences the only issue might be ww fluid or no towels.

So, I did not see that they had changed the report where you need to take photos of all the no answers. I was very fortunate that my four gas station shops last night had no "no" responses. but, as i was filling out the reports, I started freaking out at all the "how many photos did you take?" after EVERY question.
