MF troubles- are they having issues?

Yesterday I did a shop for MF that is sitting on my board incomplete. I had to report an issue and when I did I could not get past the page. Each time I hit next it would say I have to answer the question..........which I did. I emailed the Helpdesk with urgent in the subject but never got a response. I tried to finish the shop report through there app and it stopped in the same place. No matter what I did I couldn't get past that page. I tried numerous different ways all day long and nothing. Now my shop report is late and sitting there incomplete. I think there is a glitch and if I didn't need to report an issue I would probably have been able to sail through the report. Is t normal to get no answer all day long? I've had few issues with MF but I've never had my emails go unanswered. What more can I do?

I had the same issue a while back. The only thing I found that corrected the issue was to wait until the help desk replied. I wasn't penalized due to the report being late and the help desk did reply. I am hoping they will reply to you soon.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
I dont know why everyone is jumping to them having problems.
If you read the notice on their home page, there was a big winter storm this weekend and they say to be patient as they expect to receive many reschedule requests.
Well I actually went on their page and did not see that announcement so it might be my bad. As a shopper I don't ever want my report to be late. I'm not jumping just asking if there is something I missed and apparently I did!!
I had an issue like that once. I don't remember what caused me to not be able to complete the report. I think it was a closed location with no option to enter that info. Anyway, the Help Desk replied to me within a few days that they submitted the report for me. I was paid and there were no follow-up problems.

Was it a photo linking issue? I had a problem last night when I was trying to link the photo and receipt. The page won't allow me to advance to the next page saying that I needed to upload another photo. I uploaded the photo and linked it again a couple of times, but was unsuccessful. Finally I was successful and it allowed me to complete my report, which was approved this morning. IDK what happened.

No photo issue. I actually see 2 of the same question and same number if that makes sense and I think that is what is tripping things up. If there hadn't been an issue at the location I would've sailed right on by. I have not heard from the helpdesk but now quality control has emailed me to tell me my shop is late. Yep it is and I'm a bit frustrated.
The quality control emails are automated when a report is late. Give it a couple more days and you should hear from the Help Desk.
Surprisingly the quality control person got right back to me. I think we are on the road to resolving this issue.
If you have sent help desk emails I believe they attach to the report, the editor sees them and it makes mention of the fact that you were having problems getting the report to submit. Give them a chance to help you. smiling smiley

Sorry I took it on you, just have seen a few posts lately with people thinking MF is having problems because they're not paying early, etc. Too cold here, was a grumpy bear this morning smiling smiley
No worries!! Quality control was a lot of help and we resolved the issue yesterday. I guess I should not freak out when my shop is late for a reason such as this.

That sounds really strange. MF has plenty of jobs posted in my area. Have you considered that perhaps there are jobs posted that you cannot see? If you share a zip code that is close to you or the largest city near you, someone here can look and see if we can see jobs posted in your area. That would let you know if there truly are no jobs posted in your area or if there are jobs and they are just not available to you.
You are not able to see all shops or just those that you chose for your default? If you cannot see all shops, I would send an email to Help Desk to make sure that you have not been deactivated.
