I had a cell phone project scheduled. The time frame was 1/24-1/25. I completed the shop today. I checked in and out while I was there, and completed the report via the app when I got home.

I receive an email stating that the shop was rejected because I did not perform it during the scheduled dates.

What happened?

Were there special instructions? For instance, do one part of shop on 24th and other on 25th or do on 24th and report in by 25th?

The only special instructions were to check in and out via the app.

How quickly was the error returned? Sometimes the app misreads time. I once had a grocery shop returned to me because the app claimed that I was trying to start it at 9am instead of 12pm. It was an automatic error and as soon as I responded to the flag (and as soon as the shop was reviewed by an editor), the issue changed to "resolved." Nonetheless, I'd contact Support and ask for further assistance.

She posted at 1:14am on the 26th. I can't imagine this client's retail shop is open that late, thus it's a good bet that it was submitted either early or on time.

EDIT: Also noticed the forum system, for me at least, is five hours too fast.... set to GMT.

These time stamps on the forum, I don't know where the time is set.

It's actually noon on the 26th right here, right now.

Seven hours is the difference.

You can modify the forum time to coincide with your time zone:

1. Click on your login name on the Top Menu Bar
2. Select Control Center from the drop down menu that appears
3. Select Forum Settings under the Options Menu on the left of the page.
4. Select your timezone in the Custom Timezone drop-down box.
5. Pop the top off a ice cold beer, sit back, and bask in your accomplishment.

The last step is optional, but highly encouraged. smiling smiley
You can change that time that show up for you on this forum. For example, I see everything in PST.... Click on your name above. Choose "Control Center." Under "Options," choose "Forum Settings." One of the choices on this page is to personalize your time display.

WOW. A new participant! Welcome to the forum, and thanks a MILLION because your detailed step- by-step instructions WORKED!!!

However, instead of popping the top of an ice cold beer, I poured a glass of wind. Is that acceptable?

I did the shop Friday afternoon. I reached out to the MSC after I got the email. I am still waiting on a response from them.
