Have they changed again? I tried reaching out to Kristen and got crickets in return.

I would hazard a guess and say yes. In the past several months, I have gotten a multitude of solicitations for scheduler positions for ACL.

Schedulers in my area have changed so frequently that we're no longer on a first name basis.

They are always changing. And, ACL is still hiring new ones.

I have no clue who the new scheduler is. I have no way of getting the bonuses for the shops I usually do or getting the dates that I want.
