I have been shopping for over a decade. Occasionally I get a notice that my report needs more information - maybe 1 out of every 40 or 50 shops.
With this new company, I have had a request for more information on EVERY shop. If I were new, this would make sense. I am usually very thorough with my reports. And actually, my last set of reports was over double the length of the first few. They are still rejected.
Is this normal for this company? The shops are easy - a five minute recorded call and maybe 15-20 minutes on site. But if I have to enter every report twice, it's not worth it.
I have contacted them asking for clarification of what they are looking for and have gotten no response.
I have been told not to enter a description of the actual layout as the company knows it. Instead, I need to report on the atmosphere at the time I visited. Now I am told I need to report on the physical description and not just the atmosphere.
This is not seeming to be worth it. Does anyone have any helpful insight?
Thank you.
