SeeLEvel payments

I completed two shops for SeeLevel (my first two) in early November; I still hadn't been paid at the first of the year so I contacted them and was told I needed to enter my SS #. I did so and was paid for one shop but still haven't been paid for the other, they are not responding to direct emails or help requests from the shop log page. I am scheduled to do another shop for them next week but am not going to keep doing shops if they don't respond or pay - has anyone else had trouble being paid by this company?

You'll get paid. Since you are a new shopper with them, it takes a little longer. I switched from PayPal to their payment card. It took a few months to get it set up, but I was paid.

The clock didn't start ticking until you provided your SS# because even after the shops were accepted you weren't eligible for payment. When did you provide your SS#? Any shops you completed after providing your SS# should be paid according to their standard practice "Any shops completed and accepted during the current month will be paid around the 15th of the following month." I would not worry at all about getting paid by this company. After waiting to see if you get the second shop payment, if you find it has slipped through the cracks, you might contact alyson.whitten@seelevelhx.com She's very responsive and i've done a lot of work with her.
I provided my SS# on 1/2 and was paid for the second shop, so it seems as though an older shop should also have been paid. Unfortunately Alyson is the one I have been trying to reach and have never received a response from. I will try again tomorrow and if I don't hear back right away I will cancel my upcoming shop; for some reason I have had multiple problems with this company so it might be best if I just avoid them.
Every month I've been promised payment for November - the payments for last month are out today, and I still have not been paid. Does anyone have contact information for someone at SeeLevel who might respond? I have tried Alyson Whitten with no response still to my last message from the 4th.
Just got paid by these guys tonight in full to my pay pal account for all jobs done in February. Thank you See level!
Update: I received my November pay on 3/19/19 with a bonus, which I appreciated! I am glad it has been remedied.
