MarketApproach

I was approached by this company and I thought they were Marketforce looking for an update on my info. I filled it out, stupid me ( in all fairness though, my mom has just passed suddenly, I was a mess) and then I got a phone text, signed up for a shop, again thinking this is Marketforce; When I arrived home from the memorial service I went to my computer started checking everything out, cannot find a website for this company. So, I cancelled the shop and removed my information from them. Has anyone Shopped for these people.

Yes I have shopped for MarketApproach in the last few months bThey are not the other side of Market Force, it’s an entirely different company. The first month I shopped for them I was paid within a week. Liz

They have great shops. I would sign up for both portals. They are not affiliated with MF. Also, I think this company owns Client Smart the software.

I have recently signed with them, and applied for a hotel I really wanted to do, however, it sat on the board for weeks and is due in March. I then found something else and won't do it...it is still on the board, so not knowing this company, I like their jobs, but are toooo slooow to assign, especially when it's for two days and one needs to make arrangements. Disappointed in their lack of assigning. I will try again at a later date.

When the going gets tough, the tough go shopping....
I love Market Approach and their sister company TNS. They have great shops and pay on time. I would try them out if I were you.

Thanks for the replies! MarketApproach is a company I started over 16 years ago. We have been managing mystery shopping projects on behalf of Kantar TNS, Kantar Consulting and TNS since the beginning. We also helped create ClientSmart, a mystery shopping software platform that we use for our projects. Additionally, other great MSP's use ClientSmart as well for their software platform. We recently created an additional ClientSmart site for clients we are managing VIA MarketApproach. We work with many vacation ownership companies. You will find our shops on two different site: [tns.clientsmart.com] AND [marketapproach.clientsmart.com] so please register on both sites if you haven't already.

As for the vacation ownership shops, these shops are not assigned right away. There is a TON of work we do behind the scenes to get to the point we are ready to officially schedule the shop. These are not your average mystery shops. We ask shoppers to be patient as we get through the process. Our travel type shops are normally scheduled far in advance and shoppers typically have plenty of time to make any necessary arrangements. However, we understand if you're unable to wait until we get to the point where we can start assigning. Also, these tend to be very popular shops and we do give priority scheduling to shoppers who have worked with us in the past 16 years AND have excellent shopper ratings. We have been fortunate enough to work with some of you for over 16 years!

Shanon is one of the schedulers we bring on from time to time when our workload gets a little crazy. However, I would not bug her unless she is assigned as a scheduler for a particular project.
