Friendliest MSP?

I'm just curious who ya'll find to have the friendliest staff (scheduler, editors, owners, etc) for the MSPs ya'll shop for. I know there are some that when corresponding with them, they are cut and dry. Not rude, but just to the point... professional without letting you know they are a real human HAHA. Some have very rude schedulers and will snap at you in a heartbeat. And then there are others that make you just feel all warm inside like a hot fudge brownie. <3

My favorite is Customer Impact. They are genuinely very nice, respond timely to e-mails, and seem to appreciate the work that I do. A family member also shops for them. She had an issue the other week where she made a slight mistake and they were so kind to her. They stated how easy it was for that to happen and stated that they understood. Anyways, I think they are just genuinely nice people who care about those working for them.
I have 3, lol. Anyone at Clear Evaluations, Business Observations, and my scheduler for ACL.

SouthernShopper, which MSC is your pick for friendliest staff?

I'm only signed up with about 10 companies but I have to say that Coyle, Strategic Reflections, Faith Perceptions (think they have a new name now?), and Trendsource are the friendlist that I have encountered.
Service Sense (Bill and Amy, the owners -their new scheduling company not so much), Ardent.
My favorite is Market Force. I've never encountered anyone rude or snippy. They reply quickly and are always polite.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
Three way tie: Informa, Clear Evaluations, Person-to-Person.

Based in MD, near DC
Shopping from the Carolinas to New York
Have video cam; will travel

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
Ardent hands down and because you work with them on a monthly basis, they get to know your preferences and try very hard to accommodate. I have been with them for a few years and love my scheduler. Always helpful and responsive. I, in turn, I try to help when she needs something too.

I actually enjoy communicating with Servimer. Very professional, polite, and gives prompt & insightful information.
#1 Mercantile....Amy Poe, she spent 40 minutes with me on phone, great Editor, kind and patient, and gave me a ten on a difficult bar audit.
#2 The Source
#3 Service Sense
#4 Inn@Out
#5 Customer Impact

Scott is exceptionally kind, and I love talking to Chris on the phone. I love his southern accent!
I've likewise only had good experiences the few times I had to reach out to MarketForce for a question. SQM is always responsive and personable. And last year I reached out to DataQuest before an editor had mistakenly put the wrong amount down for a reimbursement. A direct deposit for the correct amount was in my bank account 24 hours after I sent my email. It does't get more shopper friendly than that!
Kristina @ Sinclair is a doll. She texted me the other day to see how my husband was doing.

Mary Reyes @ Sinclair. I've known her since we were young. Now we're "seasoned."

Amy S @ ACL funny as heck sometimes

Amy S @ Ipsos, we crossed paths many years ago and just now realized it

Kim @ Summit. She's actually pretty cool. She kept me company via text while I waited to be called for my job interview. She's on 24/7.

Bill & Amy at Service Sense. Awesome people. Been with them since way back in the day.

Lorri Kern. Yes, really. Plus all her well behaved and funny schedulers. Pete wins for best humor this month.

Anyone that calls me from MarketForce. The people overseas let me practice my Tagalog. The ones calling from the South are just too sweet.

Dave @ Sentry. I'm calling him next time I am in Texas. I'm paying for BBQ and whiskey.

Dina @ SeeLevel always responds quickly and nicely.
Love the company because they are so good to their employees and schedulers, just because.

I thought you meant the MSC for In N Out which now we can’t mention. They pay the quickest too.

I like them too. I found them by a referral from someone here. So mahalo for that.
They also asked about my husband this week.
I’d have to say ACL scheduler Amy, Trendsource and Alta 360.. they are all so friendly and responsive!!
I can't really think of any that have been "unfriendly" with me.

Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.
Customer Impact #1, till proven otherwise. BARE is a close 2nd. Reality is pretty good to.

After then...ehh, I've had no issues with ACL so far or Intellishop, but obviously individual millage will vary. Market Force theatrical is fine, MF commercial not so much in my experience. Whoever said Ardent, well, I guess you're still on their good side >_>
