Ipsos reimbursement

Anyone know how to get in touch with Ipsos? The reimbursement for one of my shops is incorrect. Since February 2, I've emailed mspayments@ipsos 3 times and have gotten no response.

Have you attempted to contact your scheduler and see if she/he can direct you to the correct area? Here is another email you can try: Mystery.Shopping@Ipsos.com. The support number I have is: 888.210.7425. The office number I have is: 212.265.3200. I hope you get your issue corrected and this information will help you.

If you are not already a registered shopper with Ipsos, please register at [www.ishopforipsos.com]. It will take up to 30 minutes for you to receive the email from Ipsos with your login information. Once received, login and click on OPEN OPPORTUNITIES in the upper left corner (using a computer, NOT a smart phone and NOT a tablet). Apply for the ones you are interested in.
