I’ve just started with this MSC and have done one luxury car shop, a full-service phone purchase, and two bank jobs (harhar). I just love their customer service over the phone. For one reason or another, I ended up on the phone with a scheduler for each shop. One time a typo on my paperwork had the wrong team on it, and when I called, a member of the “wrong” team knew how to help me so she just stayed on the line and helped me figure out my problem. Today, Sally chatted with me for a moment after she helped me with a problem I had called about, and she even offered some awesome info about the shop and my options and limitations on doing those shops in the future (having to vary locations, etc). And she even asked me if my shop went well. It felt like she had a genuine interest in me. Made my day!
