Isecretshop Job Board saying account is suspended.

I can't log in. Is it just me or is everyone else having this problem. I am trying to figure out if it is my account suspended or theirs. If so, no idea why. All my completed shops have been approved and I have no new jobs pending with them right now.

I just got the same thing.

I just submitted a rather painful mission for them too sheesh, the error message I'm getting is

Account Suspended

This Account has been suspended.
Contact your hosting provider for more information.

I received the same message as everyone else. The site works on my phone but not on my desktop. Not sure what is going on.

Same here. Got it the Account Suspended message on my laptop. I can still access my account on the app and on a mobile browser on my phone. Probably just an IT issue.

Wow. Well at least the App still works on my phone.

I emailed a scheduler and was told that there are issues across the board - they are working on fixing it and hope to resolve the problem quickly.

Yes, I get the same message on my laptop as y'all: Account Suspended. Even if you Google i Secret Shop and click on the link, you get that message. Hopefully someone from their IT dept will fix it soon. Glad I don't have any shops due for them right now!!

I got the same suspended and have a job March 1st...it says to write and cancel. Must be their problem, gads.

it seems to be up. Good luck and glad that is over. I was worried I was banned with NO pay wtf. Pay me, I have 3 pending payments.

YAY! It all looks good at my end, too! Phew!

I was just able to log from my laptop. Whatever the problem was, it seems to have been solved.

I still can't get on with the laptop, but I can access the app and the website on a tablet. Maybe Android works but Windows doesn't?

I can't get into the site either except on my phone or tablet. I found it hard to upload the pictures that had already gone into One Drive,
finally, I was able to restore the picture I needed,.
Next week I have a shop that has several pictures and I hope the site is back by then

If you are using Firefox you can go to about:config and check the value for network.http.sendRefererHeader. If it is set to 0 change it to 1 or 2 and that should fix it. It will also tell websites where you linked to them from so if you care about that, or you don't want to mess around in Firefox config, don't change it. Access ISS from another browser or an Android device.

Couple of days ago, I couldn't log in and a "forbidden" message would pop up. So, I tried googling the site and then logging back in. It worked.

That is exactly what I did and was able to get into the site. I saved it and deleted the old site.

Today is a nightmare for me. I have three shops today from there and each time I logged in and accessed one of my assignments, I'd lose my work halfway through because the page would keep refreshing. I tried over and over. Finally I was able to complete one. I wanted to find out if something is wrong over there or if it was my internet connection so I jumped over to their forum, but it's not working either. So I created a ticket and am waiting to hear back. I still have two more to complete and it's almost 10pm here! Eeks

Try submitting from a phone or tablet. They have tweaked something on the site that caused it to break for some people. I had to change a browser setting to get it to work again in FF.

Thanks for responding! I was using my phone all day, but on the app. I'm going to try their website instead (from my phone).
