Have you used the ishopforipsos app? We would love feedback!

Hello Everyone! I am a Scheduling Coordinator for Ipsos and would love to hear your feedback on the ishopforipsos app! What do you like about it? What do you think can be improved? If you could change one thing about the app, what would it be?

Thank you!!!

If you are not already a registered shopper with Ipsos, please register at [www.ishopforipsos.com]. It will take up to 30 minutes for you to receive the email from Ipsos with your login information. Hi Julia. The app is great when it works. Unfortunately, I have issues with it freezing or giving me errors more often than not. Because of this, I don't rely on it.

"I told myself to quit you; but I don't listen to drunks." -Chris Stapleton
I can't even get the website to work.

I LOVE working for IPSOS. The pay is fair, FAST, and accurate. Some of the certification tests are screwy (as in NO one can pass them, even with the guidelines right in front of us, LOL!). You have the most awesome schedulers in the industry!

But lately I've had significant problems with submitting reports on the website.

I have been able to use Chrome to submit my last two reports. Is there a preferred browser to use?

I would love to use the app, but I've been told my iPhone is too old to even download it.

Sorry if that's not the feedback you were looking for!
I just downloaded it. I have some shops tomorrow and will give it a try. The reviews were not very good, but some of them were older. Maybe it has improved.
I love using the app. It has made Ipsos one of my favorite companies to shop for. I love that I can start the report while on location and put in all my photos and answer all the checkbox questions, then go home and continue the report on my computer using the keyboard to type the narrative portions. I can review everything on my computer and even go back to my phone app if I need to edit a photo before submitting the report.
I have an iPhone 7 and have not had any problems so far with the app.
I prefer not messing with an app and worrying about its reliability, or my carrier's ability, or making an error in a less relaxed environment such as my car.
I prefer going home with the needed pictures downloaded to my laptop. Relaxing in the comfort of home on a high speed connection, and assuring that the right photos are going in the right places.

Due to this, I won't do an ipsos shop on the app. Not the direct feedback you were asking for, but feedback from one of your shoppers regardless.
I like it. Pages turn quickly. As long as I have reception, I have no reports to do when I get home. I will do them on the road with the app. I also like not having to log into the app every time I use it as some apps require. Once in though, when I tap on an assignment, an error message comes up saying that it will not load. Every time. I just tap OK and the assignment has already loaded. The only thing I have a problem with is the round clock face. Trying to get to an odd number, say 33 or 21, requires multiple taps. Or if I just slide my finger to the right number as soon as I let go it changes to a different number. The final submission also takes a while because, I think, the photo file sizes are too large and take too much time to upload. Too bad it can't automatically resize the photos to something the app handle more quickly. In general, it is faster and more efficient than some shopping apps I have tried.
Same question as SoCalMama with an added What's different about it compared to mobi audit?
I love the Mobi Audit app. I don't plan on trying the IPSOS app. Like the old adage, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Based on what others have said (not just in this thread) about the IPSOS app, I don't see any reason to bother with it when Mobi works perfectly for all my needs, especially given that I can have all my Shop Metrics MSCs shops in one place.
Overall, I like it. It makes attaching pics really easy. I did notice that some pics I attached with the app did not appear when I looked at the report on my laptop, although they were still visible on the app. I submitted from the app and I assume they got there.

The clock face can be awkward until you get the hang of it. It's different, but not better.

I get the same error message as sestrahelena, above. I tap OK and there it is with no problem.

I use it in combination with my laptop.
I started using the Mobi Audit app last month. It is a great time saver compared to using the web site. When completing audits, I do wish there was a feature to show which pictures are missing. A recent location required 16 specific pictures, avoiding customers I lost track of which had been completed and was missing 1 picture.
I LOVE the app! I have been using it as long as it's been available for USPS shops and more recently for the dark audits. I wouldn't change a thing.
I find no difference between Mobi and this app. The format and functionality are the same. I just don't have work on Mobi on the same days so I go directly with the Ipsos app.
I like it...when it works which is most of the time. It does have glitches and seems to not work when I don't have time to fool with it. The pictures upload slow even when I am on a high speed connection. When I upload the beginning & ending location shots or the picture of the box, the next time I open the app it takes a long to sync. I did disable the automatic synchronization but still it takes a long time to sync when I open the app.
Nothing is wrong with the Mobi app, the Ishopforipsos app is our version of the Mobi App and is more directly connected to us!

I'd love to utilize the app, but I can't log in! I am running ios 11.4 on an iPhone SE. I tried using my email as well as username.

Ok. Good. I love the mobi app and can submit my shops in under 5 minutes with zero issues 100% of the time.
Sync? What is that? I can't even log on to my e-mail at home, on my iPhone.

(PS - I had to return the wireless printer I bought because I couldn't figure out how to make it work, too. It was supposed to "sync", I think. I was in an office, and saw someone point their phone toward their wireless printer, hit "print", and what was on their phone printed out!
I want to do that! But I am a hopeless dinosaur where tech is concerned.)

The job search always stays open. It would be nice to only be notified when there are new jobs, not searching 24/7.
Would be better if the info could be downloaded and then the shop completed without needing an internet connection. I seem to often be in areas where connection is spotty, at best. For now, submitting via the website (which is very easy to use.)

I've used this app for more than a year to submit shops, and it worked better than the website, even though it was tough to find my assigned shop among the many shops listed. Allowing the "find in page" function would be a great help. Why did you disable it?

Now it seems the app had completely died. I tried to open it today (3/31/19), and it simply will not open. I hit the icon, a white screen appears for a spit second, and then a "send feedback" popup appears.
Hi Julia, I'm still learning how to use the app, but having trouble with the actual website. It doesn't give me access to any of the shops, because it says my Ein number is already in use. Is there a way to get this fixed?
I agree with KA047. I am perfectly happy coming home to report my shops, rather than attempting to do them "on the fly." Not having to deal with the potential frustration of picture upload issues while on the road is important to me. The website works just fine for me!
I would like it better if the shopper guidelines came up in a format that was easier to read on my phone. I often get errors; if I ignore the errors it still works, but why does it always give me errors? Sometimes it takes multiple logins to get my shop to show up in my inbox - it's not refreshing automatically.
