Enquiring about Trendsource

Hi there

Does any of you have experience, good or bad with Trendsource? I just got a ton of shop offers in my inbox from them and thought I d better check them out before I commit. Thanks for your input.

I do shops for them almost daily. They treat me decent and pay pretty quick. Just follow the posted instructions and file your report the same day....

Shopping Bama and parts of Georgia.
I'm still learning 24/7.
I have done a lot of shops for them--not as often as mrcomputer101 by a long shot. I find that their jobs are straightforward with clear instructions and where specific requirements can NOT be met, they are overall rational to deal with. They pay by direct deposit 2X per month and they seem to hustle getting shops edited and accepted that were done a day or two before payment date to have the payment included in the semi-monthly payment.
I posted this yesterday in a different thread:
This is a great company to deal with, and they pay like clockwork. The grocery shops and business verifications are straight forward without a lot of unneccessary verbage. In my two year experience, I have them in the top three (out of the 82 MSP's I've worked for) for integrity, timeliness of compensation, ease of scheduling, reporting, and website.
When you accept a shop from them, don't forget to take the pre-required test, being a new shopper you might not know about this...you learn alot from taking the test.

Live consciously....
Yes, they are a reliable company, and they do pay quickly. They give almost immediate feedback and answer questions in a very timely manner. They were very nice to me once when I did a grocery shop but forgot to check the restroom. They allowed me to reshop and go to the same store, checking the restroom of course this time, and they paid me for both shops.

One of the problems I have encountered is that the website is saying one thing and it does not seem as if the schedulers know. I sent a complaint and they sent me back to the site, there was a big warning on the site that said you cannot call until further notice. The schedulers should know this, then there is the issue of demoting you for issues they should have ironed out or close the jobs until further notice.

I haven't earned anything from them, but it was a stressful experience.

What does this mean? I am not getting what you are trying to tell us.
Sounds like a BV where the calls were made unsuccessfully and the shop was returned to the client for clarification prior to continuing to make calls. If that is the case, then it is the normal order of things. When the shop goes back to the client, it is up to the client to determine what is going on that the phone is not being answered. Once they resolve it the shop may be terminated entirely or put back to the shopper to keep trying.

I made the assumption that the schedulers knew what was posted on the site, big mistake, they didn't. When I sent a complaint that said "there is a do not call warning on the specific job and no phone #, I was referred back to the site and the job", unfortunately that did not solve the problem, I ended up with notices that I had been demoted for not doing the job in a timely fashion. Unfortunately I could not do the job.
