Scheduler at summit scheduling deactivated my account for a petty, personal reason

A scheduler cited me (or told me I was cited, it turns out I was not) when I had to cancel when I got a severe flu. The next time I was asked to do a shop for a bonus (because no one wants to do it), I ask for a little bit more, and said I didn't appreciate a citation when I was clearly too sick to do the previous shop. Rather than just decline the bonus requested, my ability to self-assign was turned off and I was not awarded other shops that they couldn't even fill. So just to spite me, the scheduler was not filling a shop that had a deadline that nobody really wanted in the first place. I actually had to request the contact information of a supervisor with the actual mystery shopping company to have everything straitened out. A real pro that one was. I wonder if the company appreciates that shops where not getting filled just to spite a reliable shopper?

This seems odd... If you were not actually cited, why would a scheduler tell you so? I've asked for many bonuses and been declined - never with any repercussions... Summit Scheduling is a scheduling company, not an MSC, so you would not be able to self-assign through them and their schedulers shouldn't be able to remove self-assign privileges from an MSC? Something just doesn't add up here.

I should elaborate, my email was reported as "offensive". When I asked the MSC what exactly was offensive about it, they couldn't say and corrected the issue.
Got it. So, the issue was that your email was interpreted as being offensive initially - likely by said scheduler. However, the MSC later overrode the scheduler, determining that it was not and, thus, not giving you a citation. It sounds like the scheduler, however, was still upset at the "offensive" email and might even have felt affronted that the MSC sided with you? This sounds like a scheduler having a bad... day.

If you have lost privileges as a result of this, I'd get back in touch with the MSC...

Except with most people (and myself) if I tried to take my bad day out on a customer or another employee... I would be written up or fired. Not to mention just the juvenile behavior of it, and when someone tells you something you don't like, it doesn't make it "offensive". Re-donk-ulous.
Guy Fieri uses that term in a good way, though. Redonculous is when food is exceptionally good smiling smiley

Was the scheduler Nikki? I have seen some dirty dealing out of this company a number of times.

You have no idea what kind of emails and calls the schedulers get. You would be shocked. It's easier just to deactivate shoppers. Most of them are replaceable.
