step 8

Hi I am taking the STEP 8 for SQM but I keep getting 23 out 25. Where can I find the resources to read through

The information is on the site under the Step link. Looks like step 8 is a review of 1 to 7. It's a long time since I did those steps. I do remember noting what I answered for each question and then only changing one answer on the next try.

Some of the questions are oddly worded. Since they don't tell you what you got wrong, you may have to do them question by question -- change ONE answer on each try. Will take forever (two tries per day if I recall???), but you'll otherwise go mad.

i AM CONSTANTLY GETTING 23 OUT OF 25. For date is the correct answer April 5 and April 9 as there is no comma between them.

Also answer regarding display case - does anyone how to answer this.

This is a question about a display case but no display case is there in the shop. Pizza is now served on a tray. How do I answer this.

You are to evaluate the cleanliness of a display case full of pizza for a evaluation. You arrived at the location to find out that there is no display case and the pizza is being served from a separate tray. What should you do?

Unsure – could
a. Answer any question about the display case based on the separate tray the pizza is being served from.
b. Clearly explain the situation in your report and answer all questions about the display case N/A, if possible.
c. Ask the employee if they used to have a display case.
d. Answer all questions about the display case No.
e. Ask the manager if they used to have a display case.
f. The display case is irrelevant.

I don't think you should be putting a MSC/client questionaire on this forum.

Massive violation of the MSC's ICA. It might be better to edit your post and remove the proprietary information and to call the company to see if you can get help.
