I'e done a handful of their burger shops and admitting to NOT being an ideal photo taker, never had a problem having pic's accepted, even though one was taken thru windshield, they are more than fair with this one client.
Paranoia seems to have set in, and instead of bashing them, look inward and see if you could have done better. Though there not the highest paying company, they are not thieves, and have stayed in business for years.
Understanding both sides helps in this business.
