Error on Ipsos Website

I am an experienced mystery shopper and have done 2000+ shops for other companies.

However, I am unable to view open shop opportunities on the website. I receive the following message on the homepage:


You need to update your profile before you can continue. The following item(s) are either missing or incorrect:

Smart Phone
Please, click here to go to your profile and correct the items listed above.


When I attempt to update the information, the website does not allow me.

It will say:

---------- Failed to update record: user with same Tax ID already registered ------------

How may this be corrected? And who would I speak to?

I would like to perform work for the company.

Generally, only enter information that needs to be corrected or is missing. Don't reenter your SSN or TaxID number.

Don't use the "click here" link, just log in again and go directly to your profile and update it.

I had the same problem last month, and that's what worked for me.
They usually have one question that needs answering and will lead you to it....log into your profile and answer it.
