MF rental shop

I've done two of their online rental leads. They pay peanuts, but it takes literally 5 minutes of my time, so why not? It's really easy. The first time went off without a hitch. The second one did as well, until I started getting non-stop call backs from the client. MF says my information would be wiped clean from the clients data, but that is not the case. Anyone else have this problem?

Yeah, your information can get sent out to so many lists when you share it once. Best way to manage it is to use a Google Voice # and separate email.

I never give out my regular email or phone# for mystery shopping. I always use a Google voice#.

Yeah, I did that same job, and I got calls for 3 days afterwards. But I just ignored them. Eventually MF must have wiped the slate clean, because they stopped calling.

You may want to setup Google Voice and you won't have your main phones ringing again. If you don't have it, it's a necessity for shopping.

BTW - I still love the USPS mail notification you told us about !

I did a shop on the 1st and have received a call from them every day, just got one about a half hour ago. I scheduled another one today and I'm not looking forward to more calls for another week

Why not just put that number on your "reject list" on your phone?

If you can before your next shop, definitely setup a GVoice# and you won't be bothered again. Blocking/rejecting their # means they still have your main# and they can call you again from another #.
