Market force keep loading

I was able to login throughout the day and even saw new shops got posted. Then I receieved an email stating they cancelled my shop (the only one on my to-do list) due to schedule conflict which was weird because I only had one to do.

Anyway, I can log in but can't see any shops and the site just keeps loading.

Not sure if I got banned but I remember they sent out an email to my sister to tell her best wishes and she would no longer have access to her account.

Anyone has this issue?

Do you and your sister use the same computer and/or are in the same household ? If so, I think I've read on the forum that they frown upon 2 people in the same household being with MF sometimes. It's like an unspoken thing for them.

I can login and see shops. Send them an email.

Usually when they are referring to "schedule conflict," they don't mean a conflict with YOUR schedule, they mean a conflict with THEIR schedule ..... likely they have another shopper doing the same shop location or a similar one too close to the time that you were scheduled.

It doesn't sound like you are banned. Usually, when they ban someone, they do not cancel shops already scheduled. However, when one person in a family gets banned, they do often remove access from the whole family. How long ago did your sister receive the email that said she would no longer have access to her account?

Let us know what happens.
It was long time ago, probably back in 2015 or 2016.

I am still waiting on the reply and hopefully it is just a temp thing or tech issue.
Just received a message of "We have opted to discontinue our Independent Contractor Agreement and will no longer be offering you any future assignments. Thank you for your past efforts on our behalf. We wish you professional success in your present and future endeavors."

Not sure why, I did a few shops over the weekend and they all got approved within 2 days. Never had a single call regarding my reports. I get calls from them to do more shops with bonus weekly, but I usually only do about 5-10 shops each month. They even emailed me on Tuesday and sent a limited time personal link to perform a shop with bonus. I am hoping they will pay what I have done this month and deposit to my account by end of May.

A "schedule conflict" means you did two shops in an overlapping time on the same day and they question the report due to those. For instance, you had a fast casual at 11:15 and you had a drive in shop at 11:30. This is a conflict in schedule and time. (they are saying it would have been impossible for you to have completed both those shops in that time frame) Is it possible you wrote the time down wrong on one of the shops? This causes the editor and client to (question) and not accept the report. This is what I think it means. Did you write the wrong date or time on one of the shops? If not, I don't know what else it could be..
I am so sorry that you have been deactivated by MF. Were most of your shops bonused? I am banned from a couple of their clients because I only accepted those shops if they were bonused and never at the base fees. Based on past postings on this board, they will pay you for all the completed and approved shops you did this month.
The shop that they canceled was scheduled to do next Friday. Other than that shop, I didn't have anything scheduled. And the few shop that I did over the weekend weren't overlapping. I read something about them invalidated the shop if it didn't meet their quality standard. Just felt like a random clean up the house thing. Anyway, I replied that email to confirm my final deposit just to make sure. It is unfortunate.

I would say 50/50. Some of the shops I didn't bother to do because the base was low for the time that I would need to spend in store & on report. However, those were also the shops that got bonus & "make the offer" to do. I usually received a few calls weekly and asked if I could do those unwanted shops. I sometimes would take it if the bonus was high enough which MF usually offered 2x or 3x above the base.
That's frustrating, but not much to worry about. It's only one MSC out of over 200. I've been deactivated by MarketForce twice: They deactivate shoppers who have not performed shops for them over a three month period. and I just didn't find work that fit into my preferences. There are a lot of other MSC's which, at least in my view, have plenty of better work.

Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.

Yes, it is frustrating. I emailed them to see if they can re-activate it. Meanwhile, I have applied a few more MSC but they only a few shops in my area compared to MF, which usually have 80+ shops available. We shall see. If they can't do anything, I'll just move on.
