GCS - Intouch Insight?

Does anyone know how to contact someone with GCS or Intouch Insight? I applied in March and took the certifications the beginning of April and I have sent several emails to find out what I need to do next since my certifications aren't showing on my page and it keeps saying to contact them regarding a background check. Yes, I passed the certification, I have the emails confirming.
Does anyone know of the way to contact them?

On the GCS website, got to the contact us link and there are many email addresses and phone numbers you can try. Also, if you attempt to request/accept an assignment and it doesn't allow you to (it won't show whether it's due to a background check or a certification), you can contact the person on that specific assignment. Let me know if you need more guidance.
