Certified

How many forum topics are you going to flood with your negative feelings about Certified, CobaCobra? It bespeaks a lot of negative energy and sour grapes.
I got your point after the first post. I don't need one in every topic.
I have never had any issues with Certified personally, but that has nothing to do with this.

Find something nice to say somewhere here.

I've always gotten paid by Certified, that is not my "beef" with them. Their shops pay close to nothing (some are $4, not worth getting out of the car) and many times I have not had the necessary items sent to me in time to complete a project, and sometimes things are sent twice, which not only messes up my schedlue but just shows a general lack of organization at the company. That is why I usually stay away from them.
I never had a problem with Certified. I dropped them because if the material did not come in time the date got changed and I ended up going on a trip that broke even or I lost money. I got paid on time with no problem. All the folks I talked to were nice and helpful. I would go back if there was closer work from them.
I screwed up a Certified report the other night when the paperwork did not download correctly. I thought it was odd paperwork, but I did the shop anyway.
I went to enter and there was a bunch of stuff I didn't know to check, redownloaded the paperwork, and sure nuff, it was in there. Just not what had printed for me. I clicked the link to request help on the shop, a really nice man called me this morning, said I could do it again, today. Said I couldn't and asked about tomorrow. He said fine. I have to be over that way then, and since I couldn't be sure that the screw up wasn't my fault, I thought he handled it very nicely. I have never had an issue with this firm. Maybe they don't have many shoppers here.

They have a new merchandising assingment on there for $6 for 30 minutes. I just can't accept a shop for $6. It sounds easy enough, but as soon as you add in finding the manager to let them know you are there, then finding them again when you leave to have them sign off, it's just not worth my time for $6 to get out of the car.

I've lost money on shops for various reasons so $10 is my minimum now no matter what. And $10 can't take more than 30 minutes.

Certified, in my experience only, is the lowest paying company I have worked for, and between them and their parent company Market Force, are the lowest paying out there.
