SQM- STEP

Is there anywhere on the website that actually has a "study guide" for these questions? I have not been able to find some of the answers anywhere.

I keep getting the same number of questions wrong. I do not know which ones they are. How do you find out?
It is years since I did this. I remember a couple of the levels were quite frustrating.
I opened the info on one device and the quiz on another. I wrote down all my answers and changed one answer each time. If my score went down, I knew my first answer was correct. I would change that answer back and change one more answer.
Eventually I found which questions were wrong.
I don't know if completing them got me more work with them
They don't seem to have any work near me right now.
They've recently added a lot of new clients. It's quite frustrating as you can only take the test twice a day.
I remember. But apply for the work anyway even before you get the quizzes passed.

There were one or two I were really struggling with. I had been keeping the window opened and trying again with one or two changed answers each day. Then my laptop crashed and I had to start again, and all of a sudden I passed three levels on the first shot in one day! I guess giving it a fresh look can help.
I gave up on those steps years ago. When I’m traveling, I always apply for a flight shop & there are no other shops in my state that interest me. Since I don’t need to pass the steps to take the flight shops, I don’t feel the need to continue. They were extremely frustrating! I found that the wording in the study notes is considerably different than on the test. LOVE the fligh5 shops & I enjoy working with SQM otherwise. Professional company.

There is absolutely no need to do the STEP system if you're just doing US flights and bus trips and I doubt their US hotel stay program requires it either. Lately they've been doing some US hotel integrity shops. A friend in another city was assigned one without doing STEP. I was on an email offering it to me but by the time I replied they'd be assigned. They're on the board for future months and in order to apply I had to pass a few levels. I have no idea if that will help my chances or not. I mostly did it so I could do some Canadian shops the next time I visit there.
I am in Canada and really didn't notice any difference in what was available after doing the steps.
Very rarely is there a shop near me though
TOTALLY worthless to do the steps. I did them and passed and have found absolutely positively zero use. None. Dont waste your time.
