I had an issue with a shop. I technically messed up -- but it was, at least I think, pretty obvious to see how I could get confused. It was about whether or not to shop a concession stand for a longer more complicated shop. I wasn't going to get reimbursed for that portion but I asked a scheduler to reconsider. They were so kind and reasonable. Just the nicest response to my issue and everything was fixed right away. Have to get them a kudos because it was such a good experience.
