Customer Impact rocks

I had an issue with a shop. I technically messed up -- but it was, at least I think, pretty obvious to see how I could get confused. It was about whether or not to shop a concession stand for a longer more complicated shop. I wasn't going to get reimbursed for that portion but I asked a scheduler to reconsider. They were so kind and reasonable. Just the nicest response to my issue and everything was fixed right away. Have to get them a kudos because it was such a good experience.

They are always really friendly. They changed things up recently so a takeout shop that always flies off the board when posted is no longer self-assign. It's nice that they are giving more shoppers the opportunity to do the job.
The company is so helpful and instructions are CLEAR. Even the report sample gives you an idea of exactly what they want and it isn't even as detailed as expected. Which there were more shops in my area. Pay when bonused especially for Canadians is generous and worth it! They let you know an EXACT date for being paid! AND you can call if you need help being coached on your first shop? SHUT THE FRONT DOOR lol Definitely vote for most helpful.
They are truly a great company!
