Call Center QA

Hello, I am new at MS and I have a question pertaining to phone shops with Call Center QA. Do the requirements pertain to the shopper literally or are they for shop purposes only. Example, I have a phone shop where it says I have to be a homeowner under requirements, if I am not a homeowner does that mean I can't do that particular phone shop? I hope I am clear with this question. Thanks in advance.
