Help, I feel like I am losing my mind, LOL. I just submitted my first shop with Maritz CX, but now I can't find it! It is not listed under my shops or shops on hold. Where do I go to find the status of a completed shop? Thanks!
You can find it under completed shops which is a sub heading under My Shops. However you cannot know the status of it unless they put it on hold. No news is good news. Make sure to submit an invoice.
At the bottom of the "my shops" drop down menu is "submit an invoice" Click it. If you don't submit an invoice you don't get paid. If your shop is older than 14 days you will have to call them to get it straightened out.
