Yep. I did three jobs with them so far, the first one took I think two weeks or longer to be validated. The second a week. The third I did two Fridays ago is still pending (Wednesday PM local time).
What's the issue? Who cares how quickly they review reports. All that matters is if they are processed in time for one-time payment. I have never seen IPSOS pay late.
