GBW contact for payment follow-up

How do i contact them about payment question, cannot find any email or contact information. Please help. I have been waiting patiently, completed shops in January still not paid! Verbal promises of bonuses and the naive me did the shops without written confirmation. At this point i just want to get paid whatever shows under my account.

More About Payment

Use the “My Enquiry” feature on their website. It’s a link near the top next to “Payments”. I have had to hound them for several late payments but they did eventually pay. They will answer your “enquiry” in a few days. They are good at least to responding.

@kenasch, thank you. Will do. Every single company i have worked for has paid except this one. And unfortunately they were the first shops I started with back in January.

Try the "enquiry." They pay notoriously late, sometimes 5 months late, but I've always been eventually paid for all my work and promised bonuses, usually without asking.

Yep, same here. I never even bother asking about it. 90% Of the time I get paid on time or close, the other 10% I don't stress over. I like the shops and the pay is really good usually so worth it to me.
