Doing the same exact set of jobs in the same area for same company and MSC month later, help

I did a huge order for the MSC for the cigarette audits and compliance. They are for 2 regional gas station chains in my area. I travel for work and live near so many that I can do 15+ route of these locations in maybe 4 hours. The chain its clearly a entire district of them. I have posted about this shops before and the order officially ended on sunday. It is supposed to be on a 2 week pay period.

Today I got a shock. Stated in 3 emails. MSC has reposted the entire order again for mid June, for exact same locations and stops. More or less I can do a another 10 day marathon for more cash.

I have not gotten paid for my May work. Everything says received, graded, and how much per shop they owe me. They owe me a lot of money (I am not stating how much). I am nervous about getting stuck for May to do more in June (so it would be equal to May work). So far my emails from has been unanswered.

Has anyone else been though this? Do you eventually get paid?

Are you sure there isn’t a rotation that would render you ineligible to shop those same locations again so soon? Most compliance shops I have done have a months to year long rotation in between.
I didn't know Intellishop had them. Maybe it varies by region. Another company does a shop like that here.

No, according to the guidelines I can actually do the same location every day for the entire duration of the project just should be rotated so if I got 10am one day go 12 pm another etc.

This is totally strange I know. But I was wondering if anyone else had this before.

there are two chains, one is clearly the district the other I cannot tell on. But the chain that is the district, to do the other section (I live on the edge of that one also) would actually be crazier than this order again. As to go 40 miles from me I could do easy 30+ as the town nearest me has 8 locations. Just keep riding highways and stop at the rest.

OP please edit your post to remove the client name. It is an ICA violation and a violation of forum rules to state both the MSC and client.

I edited the post but never stated the gas stations or my location to even figure out which location I am doing. I do not understand how this is violation of the rules,
You mentioned the client. Those shops are not done for the gas stations, they're done by the manufacturer to make sure the stations are complying with their rules.

Panama18 is the one who appears to have created the IC violation when they posted the name of an MSC. Your original post listed the client, but did not list an MSC and is, therefore, IMHO, just fine.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
Actually, @myst4au you only see the edited post. The MSC name was there prior. However, you definitely caught the other ICA violation. Totally missed that one!

That's why I suggested removing the client name instead of the MSC.

The MSC name is still in the post, as is the client.

I have reedited it. I was mistaken as I thought I was working for the gas station company (I actually think its both). As I have seen the shops but this one is slightly different guidelines from other MSCs for this particular shop. If you want simply remove this post as it clearly is causing too much trouble for everyone.

I am sorry and will be very careful in the future.

Has anyone been allowed to purchase the amount requested? That can add up quickly -- especially if payment is not received in an expedited manner! There are some available in my area but I hesitate to do them for fear I will be putting hundreds of dollars on a credit card.

No worries really, people make the mistake all the time. Just needed to be fixed is all. It's not causing trouble lol

I dont know if you have already shopped this..but my rule of thumb..if it is a new company..for you..wait until you get paid to do more shops...also this sounds risky to do what your stating. ..it could invalidate your other shops potentially. I would email the scheduler..so you have a paper trail, that the scheduler said you could do what your asking

Shopping Idaho and Oregon/Idaho border region.
So since you are owed a lot of money, I am assuming that you are allowed to purchase however many of the product you want.....is that correct? If yes, it can get expensive quickly if all allow it. Have you ever been denied?
I'm a little confused here. If we can not name the MSC nor the product by name are we to guess what everyone is talking about?
You can name one or the other but not both in the same thread. The client is the product and the outlet that carries the product could also be considered the client, I suppose. The MSC can't be mentioned in the same thread as the client.
I did a group of 5. 4 allowed the sale. I was paid in full within 2 weeks as stated in guidelines.
I just did 8 shops under the new rules that I could refuse the purchase based on cost. All 8 would have sold me 6 boxes which means IF I had to have purchased them, a credit card would have over $1,000 on it. That is a lot of money to dangle out there in hopes the shop is not rejected - or ?.
lbtweety47, you should go back and edit your post where you named the client.

What exactly is a *** shop?
I'm surprised how many locations would have sold the product to you. I did a bunch of these and they all refused. Many apologized and seemed irritated by the requirement, but it was clear that they had received the proper training. I'd like to do a bunch more this month, but I see they're being snatched up a lot faster this time. Most of the ones I did last month were at $25, but the majority are being taken at $15 this time around. At $25, I can use these as the anchor shops for a route and make it very profitable. At $15, they're more of filler shops on a route. As easy as they are, I'm mainly going to wait and pick up any that happen to bump up on the shop fee.

They did not sell to me. I did 110 of these shops as I can easily nab 15 and drive only 30 miles in a loop. I travel for work anyways and did the ones closest to me and that time. I already got paid for 1/2 of them. Should be paid sometime this coming week for the rest and am getting ready to do more. I agree and will be putting more shops in between but am already planning more loops for next week. I agree what I did was crazy but I was close to them anyways.
I wouldn't say you were crazy at all. These are easy money and if even better if they're close to you. You were certainly busy with 110 of them. I only did about 25, about $500 for the month. You were north of 2k. Congrats!
