I can see how it frustrates shoppers to hear that it is "free" food, when they do have to travel there, pay attention, and write up a sometimes lengthy report. It's really only "free" if there is a decent base pay on top of the reimbursement, and the shopper was going there anyway. If I have to call you, then you probably weren't going there until I asked lol.
