Why are you not being paid through PayPal? That's much easier and quicker. I prefer direct deposit, but Shared Insight payment is available through PayPal and checks.
As to a check that can't be cashed, what did the bank say when you tried to cash it? If the bank teller did not explain why she would not cash it, what did the Shopper Representative or Bank Official say about why it could not be cashed? I'm not understanding "was unable to cash it! I've been given no reason for this issue and have yet to hear a response." It was not cashed yesterday by the bank and today you are giving up with no explanation? That doesn't make sense to me.
How much is the check for? Is there something incorrect about the way the check is made out? Is this payment for a job you have not yet performed? Possibly a scammer? Are you registered with Shared Insight,[
shoppers.sharedinsight.com]? What does your shopper account show when you log in?
I've worked with Shared Insight for years with no problem. Payment is always made to me by PayPal the last week of each month.
