Just curious, what type of surveys. I use ISS but never get emails just the occasional alert from the app. Are you sure it is ISS not an imposter?

I like ISS but only do 1-2 shops there a month and their companies listed take more than a month to be paid in general. Also I noticed a CC shop for $12 bucks, that is about 8 dollars below standard prices I see going. No wonder it is still sitting there lol that low balling and then it takes almost 2 months to be paid. meh.

I can't understand this, even when I read it out loud.
Comments removed, they were meant for a different company

isiah58, There are two reputable outfits called Secret Shopper. "The Secret Shopper," which uses Phophet and "Sights on Sounds dba Secret Shopper," which has an in house platform. I have never seen either ask shoppers to do surveys or engage in spam.

iSecretShop does. If you mean it, then please edit your post to indicate so. As it now stands it is slighting two good firms.

As to sone entity not screening "people who sign up as MSCs...," that too is .confusing. Companys, not people are MSCs. Do you mean "people who pose as MSCs."?

Shoppers should write clearly. That goes for the OP too.

I picked up a survey card at a convenience store that I shop frequently. It was not attached to my receipt. I chose to do the survey because the items on my reports were not addressed. The survey had the exact same questions as my report.

How can both of these sentences be true? If the questions were the same, then how could the items on your report not be addressed? Color me confused. sad smiley

Issues that I reported on my shops were the same month after month. I reported the same issues in the survey, hoping that it would grab a manager's attention.
