Sassie System - Inflexible?

The survey could use some improvement IMO.
Some of the dialogue boxes are too small. Sometimes you can view or review your work with neither the beginning nor the end of the sentence in sight.
Some dialogue boxes are way too big for a short narrative.
These should be self adjusting, responding to the user's needs.
The print font is way too small making it hard to write and edit. It should be adjustable. If it is I've never found it.
These modifications don't seem out of the realm of today's technology.
Am I the only one suffering from this?

I'm not sure if it's Sassie or the companies that are using it that set the size of the dialogue boxes.

When HS Brands was shopping a new client, they gave me a box that was about one line and inch long to put my narratives in. What I found was if I saved my report and went back in, what I had typed in was visible and then I could add to it. But it made editing the report a real @#$%&!

And I agree with you, when they ask you for three to four sentences, you don't need a five inch long box to type it in.

My pet peeve is when they ask for a narrative and then after typing it in for five minutes, it tells you that it was too long and to cut it down by half.
Oh yeah, that is a royal pain in the keister, I fell like the guy in Alices restaurant.
I type my paragraphs into Word, then Paste into the report. This way I can adjust the font size to what's comfortable for me to read and I know about how long the comment is. It also comes in handy when I have to reuse text - like names, common phrases , "I observed..." , etc.

I was actually thinking of speaking them into my phone and sending to myself and then copying them. But extra steps. How much better would be speaking them right into the survey?
The sassie forms are created by the individual companies. So instead of complaining about sassie you should be complaining about the individual company. As far as font size that is adjustable in just about any web browser. It is not sassie specific it is web browser specific.

On any PC:

Control + makes the size bigger

Control - makes the size smaller

(I tried to make this simple.)
Often times if one types long text into a field and then save and reopen the report the text box expans.

I have one shop with quite few small boxes each of which get filled with paragraphs.
