I am not sure if you live in Inda or are in the US and you come from India. Those are two very different situations. I can easily answer the second. Yes, if you are in the US and come from India, you can be hired as long as you legally have the right to work in the US. If you live in India, this is probably not the most useful place to look for advice, but some might be able to provide some names.
