Make an Offer Feature

We believe there that our Make an Offer option appearing on the shopper website might be temporarily unavailable. If you see a shop with the Make an Offer feature, and you decide to make an offer, and if you receive the immediate message that the offer was declined, please submit your offer instead to the Help Desk and we will be sure it gets to our hard-working Scheduling team.
If you would like to make an offer, please include the following details in your email to Help Desk:
1) Shopper ID,
2) type of shop or name of the Client,
3) full address of the shop location,
4) date(s) on which you can do the shop, and
5) fee amount you are requesting.
Please keep in mind that we will not be able to accept the fee offer unless it is within our acceptable fee parameters. Also note that you will not receive a reply if your offer cannot be accepted. We recommend that you review the Shopper Support Article under the Help tab entitled "Tips on Making Shop Offers" in order to have the best chance of success of your offer being accepted.
Post removed as it violates the Forum guideline which states, "Do not reveal the clients of mystery shopping companies". Additionally, it is an ICA violation to name both the MSC and client in the same thread..
