Hi! I am trying to input a grocery shop, not naming the client since I listed the MSC but every time I select “input” in just brings me back to the assigned shop screen. Anyone else having any issues with their site?

Yes, I am trying to input a report and same thing happens...glad it's their software. I wrote, haven't gotten answer yet.

Good advice to those who need to enter shops.
I use the app, but only to request jobs and get the info for jobs. If I needed to enter one, I'd be using it.
I got 3 for tomorrow.
Some of their shops are browser sensitive. Same thing for Coyle. If you are not using Chrome, try using it. If you are using Chrome, try Microsoft Edge (formerly Explorer). I personally use Firefox, but sometimes I have to use Chrome.

I honestly forgot they have the app, I have it downloaded but usually use the website just because I’m used to it. I tried the app and was able to submit it without any issues so thanks for that! I appreciate it! I did write into the help desk but of course with it being Sunday I don’t look for a reply until tomorrow... the app did work without any issues.

I have two shops for this weekend. I did the tradotional shop today and I cannot input it; the other one is a self-check out which I intended to do tomorrow. Of course that one is in my input queue; the other one is assigned but not in the input queue.
I love using their app. When I get to the store I check in when I'm done I check out. When I get home inputting is real quick.
I don't use app's, but did report first thing this morning after email saying yes, their site was down. I got a flurry of different emails (auto) reprimanding me, and wrote a snarky email back. Received an apology from the upper, saying they won't charge me a late fee....????
