There is no update about our payments so hopefully, we will get paid tomorrow.

Don't forget, today was a banking and postal holiday, so that may add on to the wait time for payment this month.

I got an email yesterday saying due to the banking holiday we should get the d d the 15th after 1:00 Central time.

Pegleg, had you inquired? Just wondering why a shopper would get such an e-mail if it didn't go out to everyone.

no payment in uk and message on home page does not yet state a date just acknowledges payment problems and potential review of payment process

No payment message yet, but no You should not be worried this is totally their new trend. They used to pay me closer to the tenth of the month. Now they don't pay until the 20th to the 25th. So no, no need to worry, Jolly. Not unless the 25th comes and goes...

I don't see any note on my home page about payment problems.

My October payment for September shops is showing under the payment information tab on the Marketforce webpage with todays date. But no announcment on the site about payments, as of 2 minutes ago.

Not showing on mine. Maybe Canadian shoppers getting paid earlier than US shoppers again this month.

They are still one of my main MSCs due to the money I make from them. I know for a fact I will get paid the following month. It just a matter of when.

Has anyone heard from Market Force when payments will post in October? There is no update and nothing in payment history showing a DD is in the works. I reached out to MF right before posting this and am waiting for a response. Also sent an email to the MF contact who reached out to me months ago when that big payment fiasco happened in hopes he will provide an update.

Hmmm...Sept shops still on the shop log page, so it will be sometime next week at least. I just list them as "pay 25th" on my expected pay dates, and don't even look for it before then anymore. I also don't do any shops for them that aren't bonused...

It seems MarketForce is the ONLY MSC that never pays on the same day. Their pay days keep shifting.

I emailed the helpdesk to ask about payday. They responded with the usual "pay day is typically from the 20th to the 25th" nonsense. They said that they will post to the home page and on Facebook as soon as they know. So, they don't know when we will be paid.

Their own policy under the FAQ’s section of their website still says:

“All compensation will be paid in arrears via check or direct deposit around the 15th - 20th of each calendar month, which covers completed assignments received in our office during the previous month.”

The key word is “around”. I can’t get excited about this right now.

An update from MF has been released. Very long and complicated. No news on payment yet. Further update due on Monday.

Hi, Jolly, where did you see this? It's not on my page at all.

It is neither long nor complicated. It says that payments are going out on Monday.

You guys sound like a bunch of whining babys. Oh1 boo hoo when are they going to send me my check or the deposit? Most of you guys have been doing this for years and you still whine about that. At least it isn't Confero with the 90 days stretch after the shop is done. I start and stop shopping all the time and I do not worry about it. But then again I do get SSI and can only make an extra $8000.00 a year until I hit 68 which is a few years from now.

Easy for you to say. Some of us depend on these payments and mystery shop for money, not fun.

This is the message on their site:

Shopper Payments for shops completed and approved last month are scheduled to go out on Monday. The ACH files have been uploaded to our banks yesterday and today, with payments to be made on Monday. We won't have a date that checks are to be mailed until next week, but checks generally go out a week after the Direct Deposits are made.

In accordance with the terms of the Independent Contractor's Agreement, payments will be made around the 15th-20th of the month.
