Mine hit my account yesterday. And I had an email from a contact at Market Force - he confirmed all ACHs went out to their bank. Payments should land in bank accounts by Monday, Oct 21.

October 2019 Payment Update


Following the update on Friday, Market Force are working through the final items to fix the current issue and outstanding payments are due to be paid in full towards the end of this month (October 2019). We are not able to offer an exact date at this moment in time since we are attempting to try to speed up payment outside of the normal pay cycle and that process is not complete at the time of writing.



We appreciate this issue is cause for concern but want our shopper community to know that Market Force has every intention of making the outstanding payments to you as well as completing the full process review to ensure this, and the delays experienced throughout 2019 are not repeated. If as a result of the current situation, you have felt unable to continue to carry out active assignments, or indeed accept any new assignments on behalf of Market Force and you wish to discuss these with us further, please do let us know at customer.uksupport@marketforce.com. We will be looking to bypass some of the automated processes in terms of point deduction when assignments are released or not completed on time but please be aware; these may still show on your account. Again, please just let us know which assignments are affected using the email above and we will ensure any deductions are re-instated accordingly.

Where they had up before it was down to moving and authorisation not been approved as an over soght to the move well that sounded like BS to me as you would think if you had money in the bank then you could sort out the office move papwr work 2oth bank and just ask them to process the payment run again, it wouldnt take over 2 weeks to sort.
What happened to their zero tolerance for mistakes? They hold shoppers to a zero tolerance, but exempt themselves.
UK shopper here. Both the late payment and the end of the month payment are showing in my bank account for tomorrow.
