Pending validation Coyle shop

I know their editors can get backed up and validation can take a while, but I've never had a shop sit for 12 days before. Anyone else have a shop with Coyle taking a long time to edit right now?

I've had shops at various MSC's take up to 2 weeks. Send one email asking if everything is ok, but don't be too pesky.
I would send a message to nudge it just because it’s the end of the month. If they delay a few more days, your payout will be delayed.
I don’t think pay would b delay. I always had mine at the end of the following month of my visit date. It was the reversal of expenses ( hotel ) that takes forever
I'm not that 'worried' just more annoyed as I would like to check it off my 'list'. I'm also going out of town for five days and won't be as available for questions as I know Coyle expects.

Thanks for reassuring me I'm not the only one right now.

3 of my 4 have been switch from pending to 'okay for pay' grinning smiley

Odd that the one that is still pending was completed before the other three. I know it's different editors, just slightly annoying.
I read their 20 pages long instructions for one shop and decided for myself if I will do that the piece of food will stock in my throat..no that is not for me..

Shopping Eastern Pennsylvania since 2009
Evaluations can take several days to edit and then send questions. They then must go through accounting before the 'OK to pay' is updated. This can take another few days, as there are literally hundreds of submissions to go through. If there is an issue, they will let you know. Evaluations are paid at the end of the following month, so there is little to no chance of evaluators ever being paid late unless there is an anomaly.
**UPDATE**

I was just contacted by the editor, and was asked for the full sized photos instead of the resized ones. The guidelines state the photos must be resized to 640 x 480 but after I went through doing that I am now asked to resubmit about 100 FULL SIZED photos. The editor claims that the 640 x 480 is just the minimum requirement and that the Shopmetrics system would automatically resize them when uploaded.

I only worked with Coyle every now and then but I am going to be taking a looooooooooooooooong break after this one. If it wasn't over $1,200 in reimbursement I would be tempted to just tell the editor to reject the shop.
That's interesting. Perhaps Coyle resident expert @SteveSoCal can affirm or debunk this.

I can tell you that photos are NOT automatically resized when submitted for Servimer (Shopmetrics platform is used)

I am pretty irritated that I am doing double work right now. I even took a screen shot of the guidelines that specify the 640 x 480 resolution is the ONLY one acceptable by the client. The editor also came back with numerous questions that were NOT in the guidelines or survey form, such as 'what time did you call for pick up of laundry service?' This was not the typical Coyle hotel report, but the 'check list only' one and time stamps were not mentioned. Thankfully I am so used to notating this info I have it, but I really wish they would stick to the guidelines.

Consider it debunked. SM will upload whatever size you load in, and the bigger the files, the longer it takes to re-load the form. The Coyle instructions clearly state that photos MUST be 640x480.

That said, confusion is now the norm when dealing with Coyle editorial.

Yeah, those brand and loyalty audits are a lot of work. Don’t be fooled by the “checklist only” designation. Less work than writing 40ish pages of narrative, but it’s still a significant time commitment.
