Maritzcx Issues

I just got approved and logged on. I went to look for some available shops, and I got this message:

"You currently already have the maximum number of awardable shops. If you feel this is in error, please contact MaritzCX."

Nothing happens when I click on 'Add to Bundle.' Does anyone know why this might be? Anyone experienced this before?

If you have just recently been approved by Maritz and have never done any shops, then you cannot self-assign any shops. I also believe that new shoppers are limited to only a few shops until they have been approved for self assigning.

No matter. With Maritz always, always call. Do not use E-mail or any other method of contact. Always call them. If their people are busy, leave a message with all of your pertinent information:
Shopper name, ID number, your state and your telephone number.
If you do not receive a call back within a few hours, keep calling.
I've done that. After the first call where I've left a message, I have always called back in a few hours if they have not contacted me.

Thanks! So do I just wait for them to assign me a shop? Or what's my next step? I've done shops on Market Force, and this seems like a foreign world to me.
Maritz IS a different world from Marketforce -- you're right!

Just follow French Farmer's good advice -- calll them tomorrow. You'll have to tell the receptionist/phone answerer what type of shops you're calling about, and he or she will direct your call to the correct "team".
@vince9 We you able to get in touch with anybody today? If not, if you can send me you name and state or shopper ID # I will have someone get in touch with you tomorrow.

Yea I have an issue with Maritz CX as well. I've never been able to get a shop. Whenever I try to schedule a shop, I get an error message as well. I email and never get a response. I call and no one calls me back. Very frustrating. They are the only company where I can never get a shop.

When I got started, Maritz was at the bottom of my list because it was hard to get shops with them. It seems like my requests and their offers never clicked. But once I got a couple shops done for them, they quickly moved up toward the top of my list of preferred MSCs because they're generally great to work with.
