PerformaLogics login issue

Hi,

Anyone has an issue to get to the account? I need to report the visit but can not login and Forgot Password gives me an error.

I had the same on mobile lol I figured I was banned after a not so good experience with a not so good fast food place. I find it works 100% on laptop. I thought it was just me.

I tried phone and my laptop with different browsers... Still can not get in...

have you cleared your cache? sometimes that helps or use a different browser that might help. If not email support

I am able to log in but getting weird messages:

This happened why I clicked on anything other than Dashboard.

they usually communicate through messages once you log in, so can not even send the message. I will call support tomorrow morning...

Hi EO,

I am also having the same issues with Performalogics. I am able to log-in, once in a while, and have been able to complete my report. However, I can not seem to upload any of my pics. It keeps crashing and it takes several tries to get logged back in.

yep, just logged in through Explorer but once I got to my report visit got an error...

I am not able to login either on phone or different browsers either!

I was just able to submit my report. My scheduler informed me that they had an outage last night/early this morning. Things should be all back up and working now folks.

I as well cannot login and report is due today.....

Live consciously....

I found out on certain jobs only one person can login at a time...I spent hours trying to login...it took two days, and finally I got onto their site. Scheduler didn't know this.
