Contact Info for Presto Insta Shop??

Hello- they recently added a few Instashops for a new Lowes job - and as always, when A new instashop gets added they make ypu take a simple precertification test before being able to assign them to yourself.... however usually it gives you a little info to read so you know how to answer the questions the certification test asks of you and this time there isnt one... i dont want to just guess and become disqualified because there are 5 within my area at 17 a piece thats a nice chunk of change... but i cant figure out who to email and ask what is going on that I cant read about it before taking the certification test.... i have emailed support in yhe past but now cant figure out how to find their contact info. Any help finding a contact phone number or email is appreciated!!

I found how to open a support ticket and I am now waiting for their reply. On the help page got to the search box and to the right hit the plus sign. You can then provide your email and your question.
They sent me a link to the instructions. I don’t think it’s ok to post that here. Open a support ticket to get it. Shop too involved for me to do it at that fee.
That’s just me. Others may be fine with it. Also once you understand the requirements, the subsequent visits to other locations may be worth it.
they finally fixed it so the guidelines should be on there when you click now. however i passed my certification at 2pm CST and still wasn't able to assign any jobs to me the rest of the day today... sucks because I live in a really small area so when I have a bunch of jobs to do I will travel the couple hours to a big city and get a ton of work done to make it worth it.... now I'm sure I will wake up in the morning and be able to self assign them to myself and am already back home sad smiley could have done 5 on my route home which then would have been worth it but to drive a loop for 5 jobs at 17 a piece is no longer worth it for me sad smiley full tank of gas is 40 and it would take me about that to do them all.... so id make what 45 bucks and spend all day doing it? no thanks sad smiley
Same problem, although I found the link to guidelines before I took the quiz. But now I have to wait to be added to the list of qualified shoppers? How long do I have to wait? I emailed the scheduler who sent the email notification of the shop. IPSOS sent an email a month ago promising super fast payment so that’s the only reason I’m continuing trying for the shop. It’s very labor and time intensive for only $17.
I posted this on the IPSOS (formerly GFK) thread: I tried to work for IPSOS (formerly GFK) again. This was for a SASSIE shop on the Presto App. I tried for 2 days and 4 emails to the scheduler (including screenshots) explaining how after taking the certification test, I was still not allowed to apply (if I failed the certification I was not informed). The scheduler could not explain the problem nor could she explain the illogical "Did you complete your Mystery Shop visit?" ON THE TAKE THE TEST PAGE. In her final email, she simply said "try again" perhaps thinking the 5th time would be the charge. The good news was that it allowed me to think about the shop (a big box home store for a client that used to belong to one of the Big 5). It is an involved shop. It requires a visit to two departments with a mandatory maximum wait time of 15 minutes in each department. Plus make a purchase, then wait 30 minutes to return the small item. Now I totally get you *could* spend the 30 minutes doing your report, but connectivity, where I am, can be tricky and this shop will have lots of narratives. Plus if it takes more than 30 minutes and you don't save in time, you can kiss your work goodbye. All in all, this shop will take a minimum of 1.5 possibly two, for $17.00 I told the scheduler I was going to pass on it. The universe was talking to me.
