Normal "QC" time? MF

Question: In your experience, how long do your shops typically stay in QC before being released / approved? At what point is the time in QC a concern?

It can be the same day or a few days for MF.

Mine are usually approved in a day or two, depending on the client. Some take longer. Don't worry. They'll let you know if they have issues.

I'm annoyed with them right now. I completed a grocery shop today and came home to find out it was cancelled while I was out, as well as, another I had scheduled later in the week. I have a feeling they pulled me from the client. I hope not because I do a lot of them. Last week I received a QC question supposedly that the client wanted to know. It was one of the worst reports I've done for my nearby grocery stores and I guess they didn't like it. Well, I did not like fruit flies and house flies on the salad bar and fresh rolls and waiting too long to check out with few open registers. The email said it was due to "an internal scheduling conflict." I bet the conflict was that I was scheduled to do them and the client didn't want me. I sure hope not. Almost all the stores I do get high ratings, but then there's always one. I was honest and it's annoying to say the least. The report wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good. We'll see. My bet is I'm kicked off the client.

MSC is MF, It's common shop that is often discussed here. I've done it several times and usually had it clear QC within a few hours. But the latest one is well over a day now. I guess there's no cause to worry yet.
For Market Force, there doesn't seem to be a normal. It depends on the client to some extent. I've noticed that one fast food client reports are instantly approved - NO QC. The same for their home improvement reports. Some fast casual shops are in QC briefly and usually approved within a day. Another fast food client goes to QC and is approved within a day or 2, although sometimes they are instantly approved - NO QC. The gas shops seem to take the longest. Sometimes they are approved within a couple of days but they regularly take up to 5 days. I really don't worry about the reports sitting in QC. If there is something wrong, an email usually comes almost immediately from QC. I've noticed at the end of the month things are approved very fast. At the beginning of the month not so fast. Confusing enough for you?

Haha. No real normal. I think the answer here is to not get concerned with reports in QC. Only get concerned if you get an email from QC. And, if you get an email, stay calm. Before responding, go back AND READ THE GUIDELINES as they pertain to the QC question to be sure you understand the requirement and what they are asking. Then carefully and politely (try not to be defensive) respond. If after reading the guidelines you realize you did it wrong, say so. It may be accepted anyway. If you met the guidelines, explain in great detail how you did what you did to meet the guidelines. But. unless you get the email, no news is good news.
