Service Scouts has poor communication

I have been a full time mystery shopper for 3 years and never have I been treated so poorly.

I’ve worked for them for about 18 months and they’ve communicated well with me. I’ve even gotten texts on the spot when I’ve had an issue while mystery shopping. Maybe it’s the scheduler?

I have noticed that if it’s a popular shop aka event that they have sometimes not let you know you are assigned or contacted you about being assigned until it’s almost time for the event.
