We Go Look

I am new to this MSC. I scheduled a shop for tomorrow, but I don't see any guidelines. This is a residential look. What do I need to do?

Go ahead and press "start look". It will show you what pictures they want. Generally it is the front, both sides, driveway/parking, address markers of the property or house. I do a lot of these. Be sure to print your LOA. You might need to show it. I take 99% of the pictures from inside my car. Be sure not to get any of your car in the shots.
May be this is a silly question, but the app is on your phone, so the LOA is on your phone. How in the world do you print the LOA from your PHONE?
You can send items to your printer from your phone. On my iPhone, I tap the icon that looks like a square with an arrow pointing up, then scroll on over to PRINT.
Thanks janalou. That did it.

cease, I don't print anything. I show the LOA on my phone if needed.

Ceasesmith,

Most if not all printers sold now can connect wirelessly to a smartphone. In my experience, printing off a phone is even a little easier than from a computer!smiling smiley
Oh, yeah. I bought one of those wireless thingys.

Couldn't figure out how to make it work, so I took it back.

Fortunately, got a full refund on it, even though I had opened the box and futzed around with it for two or 3 hours.

As for showing the LOA on my phone.....LOL.

Sorry, I actually don't even know why I barged into the conversation; ya'all understand I can't even get phone apps to work, right?

The shop went very well, despite the fact that my GPS took me to the neighboring property. I was able to get all of the required pictures. The house was vacant, and maybe still under construction.

This sounds like my OSI's. I'm registered with over a hundred companies but I don't remember, We Go Look. I see you guys talking about the app, can I use my desktop as well?
We Go Look is strictly field work. You need a smart phone. For the most part you take take pictures of automobile damage. However, it can be just about anything. Yesterday I had to take pictures of an accident scene. Not the accident itself, but the surrounding area that may have contributed. Sometimes I go to a towns municipal office to get copies of occupancy data or building violations. All of the required pictures are taken inside of the app. Go to the app store, install the app & start "Looking". How they work is when a "Look" becomes available the info is text to all the lookers in that area. The first one that accepts it get it.
I didn't have enough time to try and sign up last night. How do they pay? (paypal, dd, check) and do the assignments pay enough?
They pay DD every Friday for the previous weeks work. The fee is dependent on where you are and how many other Lookers are in that area. They normally start out at about $17 to $20. This will also be dependent on what the look entails. Some of the document procuring looks have paid upwards of $100. Work can be sporadic. It has never been steady.
Thank you Janalou. I will sign up later this week when I'm off. Simple OSI's are my favorite gigs. Gas stations are my moneymakers because OSI's are so sporadic *Scope R's, L's and A's. I have to be kind of careful about RISC assessments etc. because I can't stand or walk very far. The interview OSI's are uncomfortablish depending on the clients. I thought I hit the jack pot with OSI's but they can't earn you a living. Things will be changing hopefully in a year because I'm buying some tax liens next month. I'm hoping to be able to foreclose on at least two of them and I don't know how much of my time it will take for me to get them ready to rent. I have a foreman lined up but he may not want to work as "actively" as I would like and I don't intend to waste time. I want to get the money for rehab and go straight to work on them.
