Field Agent, New measurement offer, has anyone done it yet?

Field Agent is one of my favorite apps for mystery shopping. Its also how I got into mystery shopping to begin with.

I got an email and had to do job training for a new offer for their big box retailer. You have to go around and measure the counters and check out lanes. This is for signage and you measure by panels. You get a LOA to print out to do this.

Its pretty decent money, if you ask me. But has anyone done one yet? I am looking at doing on at a nearby store. I also do not want to look stupid doing this?

Has anyone done this yet? How bad is it?

I've seen this, too. I just can't imagine the management allowing us to do this, especially in this particular chain. I haven't done the training because of that. If you do a store, come back and post how it all went.
I did it. Took about an hour. Be sure to sign in at customer service and get a vendor badge. Just tell them you are a vendor and sign the book. If they don't offer a badge ask for one.

It's very easy. Just remember to count each register as a counter, even if they are all on one cabinet. This is so you won't run out of measurement slots.
I'm so used to looking/acting stupid on my shops that aspect of it wouldn't bother me at all.

FA is one of the very, very few apps I have gotten to work. I have also managed to "master" Geoverify (go ahead and laugh! I swear, if I can use Geoverify, any one can! ROTFL)

But the last two times I tried, the app failed.

Well with this store (if it is the one that I think it is) and everything at least you do not have to find a certain manager. I used to merchandise at the store and went all over the state and then Obama shut us down by saying if you work more than 28 hrs a week they had to get you insurance, And that is how I found mystery shopping.

I just heard from a friend of mine that she spent all day doing these shops in 3 separate towns close to her (well, to me, they are big cities -- you got a big box store, you're a town; you got multiple big box stores, you're a city). She made $300 today just doing these shops.

I am happy for your friend. I guess I am in a higher area for shoppers of FA and have none in my current area. I would have to go 100 miles to get one.

I did 1 of them, actually made $30 at the location as I had another shop at the same location. It went ok and I would do more of them (if they were in my area).

But I am slightly jealous of the people who made $300-$1000 off these shops. I live in a high concentration of the chain but they all fell off the map very quickly.
