If it won't submit, it's likely because there are unanswered questions somewhere in the report. Go back through each question and check to see what's missing. If that's not the problem, make sure you did the shop on the correct date. If that's not the problem, then there is some sort of glitch. You can try exiting the app, shutting off your phone and restarting, and going back in. Or, go onto your laptop or desktop and open it through the MSC's website to give it a look. Good luck.
