Reality Based

I'm having trouble getting paid from RBQ. There were four shops completed from January to March that I have not received payment for. My scheduler said she would look into it in May but still not paid. All shops say "payment pending"

5-8 months is too long (even for Cirrus). Start politely making some noise. Look up phone numbers, emails, etc. If you are not getting answers from the people you've already contacted try something different. One time I was dealing with an unresponsive company, so I called their "main" number. I spoke to the receptionist and told her I didn't know who to talk to, but could she connect me with someone who could help me track down an 8 months late payment. I had my money in about a week.
Monk is right on this, for sure. Time to politely and professionally escalate to someone higher up that the scheduler.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
Most times the scheduler is not tied into the accounts payable process unless there was a problem with the shop and it's an unusual situation, like they are approving payment of a shop that wasn't accepted or something. If the shop was approved for payment, this is a payment issue. I've worked with RBG since 2010 and found them really reliable with payments. I did have a payment glitch issue that was like how yours sounds. I figured I needed to capture the attention of someone who actually made the payments. I went to the home page. At the top right there is a Contact Us button that brings up a screen to put in information. When that comes up, a yellow "Contact Us" envelope button pops up in the bottom right. I clicked that yellow envelope button and sent a message, detailing the issue. I got an immediate response, my problem was forwarded to someone in Accounting, and my PayPal was credited before close of business.
As the OP's problem is with, as she states, RBQ and I have never had a single problem with RBG, is this a different MSC of which I do not have any knowledge?
I would go in and look at each shop and look to see if there is a "paid on" date.

If there is, I would check to see if your paypal e-mail address is correct as well as your banking routing and account numbers if it is direct deposit.
RBG I only shop a few times a year, always got a 10. I get paid within 30 days, never a problem. I wish they had more in my area, most are parking shops in Boston.
I've never had an issues getting paid from RBG, either. I usually only do a certain type of shop for them, so that may be why. Sorry you are having this issue, and I hope it is resolved quickly!
I'm also having an issue getting paid for a shop. Mine is about 45 days since it was completed, but no payment yet. I contacted the scheduler, she referred me to accounting. I'll see what happens, but no more shops for RBG until this is paid.
I love shopping for RBG - they are my favorite MSC in this area. I have been shopping with them for quite some time and have never had an issue with payment. I would add that I have my pay from them direct deposited to my bank and it gets there every month and actually much earlier than it gets to paypal.
I have a few payments missing from them as well. Some are "payment pending" for nearly 100 days while other have paid on date. I combed trough my bank statement but those payments were never deposited. I've send numerous emails but haven't heard back yet.
I worked for them for years and enjoyed their shops, however, they now have an age requirement for the shops I used to do, which is 55, and the younger demographic does not wear those clothes, guess I'm out, very disappointing.

Live consciously....
I don't do a lot of work for RBG, only because they don't have many shops in my area. But I've never had a problem with payment from them. Sometimes it shows up sooner than I expect. Wondering why you haven't followed up, apparently, since May, though. Anyway, sounds like others have given you good direction on how to contact them. If your shops are pending payment, then there could be some glitch with your payment information or something. Good luck!

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
