IPSOS Deactivatied me after submitting a bank shop

IPSOS is up to their old tricks again.. The branch was closed on a Saturday due to local road construction. A call the day before confirmed the branch should be open. I arrived and a sign in the window stated that the branch was closed.... I sent the photo in. with a detailed explanation. IPSOS deactivated me. Nice.

That sounds really odd. You should contact your Summit scheduler and ask them to look into this for you.
I contacted the scheduler listed on the shop. She responded and said I had to contact the 'correct' scheduler, but did not tell me who that was. I responded, asking for that person's name....crickets.....I am starting to think that IPSOS is not such a good MSC.
There must be more. They have always been happy to work with me in rescheduling or just removing the shop without deactivating me when weird stuff like that happens. Only a few times over many years have I had trouble making it to a shop, like the time there was an accident on an elevated highway with no nearby exits where I was stuck for hours and did not get to a shop before closing. Scheduler allowed me to go the next day. It was a long drive out of my way but I was able to pick up a few add ons so not too bad.
Today I signed up with Ipsos and after managing to get on to sign up and found a job nearby I can't get back on the site and when I try they say I am not a member. I have a job 2 days away and its been impossible to get back on the site. I printed off enough information that I can do the job but might not be able to report my job. Does anyone know who and how I can contact some one at Ipsos to figure how what went wrong with my password. I would appreciate any help I can get.
Use Chrome for your browser and the "ishopforipsos" site. You should see a link to reset password if your login fails
So, which portal of IPSOS did you sign up with, the Sassie portal or the Shop Metrics portal, or both? When you were assigned the job, didn't you receive an email telling you that you were accepted? That email would name the scheduler who handles that shop and they should be able to help you. Are you sure you were actually assigned the shop or was it just showing as pending in your opportunities? I ask this because on the Shop Metrics portal, you cannot self-assign. I am not sure about the Sassie side because I have never done any IPSOS shops using that portal.

I signed up with Sassie. The name of the scheduler was on some of the paperwork and I wrote her but still havn't heard back It was showing as assigned to me, I just signed up the first time with Ipsos today. I didn't know that Shop Metric was going to come up on the job application and I got the Ipsos side because thats the one I applied to. . Any help is appreciated.

I responded to the thread you started about that. You contacted amberdawn@summitscheduling.com, correct? Give her some time, you just emailed her today. She will likely get back with you tomorrow. Don't worry, IPSOS shops are not hard to do and you won't need that much time to prepare for it.
I hope to hear from her tomorrow. I am still trying to get on the web site but no luck so far. Just have to be patient and wait. Thanks
The latest gaffe is their "dropping" of data from certain Home improvement shops. They have offered was a whopping $3.00 to enter the data again. They conveniently 'forgot' that they strongly encourage shoppers to enter the data while on site, in the parking lot. Normally, it is difficult for shoppers to even justify turning on their computer for $3.00!

Two different emails from IPSOS show that they have two different reasons/excuses for requesting your re-entry of data....first, that the wrong form was used, and second, that the data was erroneously 'dropped'.....all with the caveat that if the shopper does not re-enter the data, the shopper gets paid exactly squat! Nice.
So I guess you got reinstated and took some home improvement store shops? I have never done any of those.
Thanks for the update.

Looking forward to the OPs response to your post. It had me wondering as well. Lol.
So you sent the photo in and didn't do the report? They probably thought you flaked. What did the scheduler say when you emailed her about getting deactivated?
